Booking & Appointments

All sessions are by appointment only. You can schedule online at any time. If you don’t see a time that works, feel free to reach out directly.

By booking, you agree to the cancellation and no-show policy outlined below.

Waitlist & Last-Minute Openings

The waitlist is intended for clients who are able to come in on short notice if an opening becomes available. Openings are offered as they arise and are not held unless confirmed.

Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed or no-show appointments, are charged the full session rate.

If a card is on file, it will be charged for the full session amount. If no card is on file, an invoice will be sent and must be paid prior to the next appointment.

Cards on file are used only for late cancellations or no-show appointments and are never charged without consent.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid overlapping with the next client. The full session fee still applies.

Holidays & Long Weekends

Availability may be limited around holidays and extended weekends. Certain dates may be closed.

Illness Policy

If you’re feeling sick (fever, flu, stomach bug, etc.), please reschedule — even if it’s short notice. I’ll always do the same. It helps keep everyone safe and healthy.

Respect & Boundaries

This is a professional massage therapy space. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate end of the session and no future bookings.

Minors

Clients under 18 must have prior approval and signed parental consent. Please reach out before booking.

Payment & Fees

Payment is due at the time of service.

Accepted forms of payment include:

  • Cash

  • Checks (made payable to Kinected Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork)

  • Credit/debit cards

  • HSA/FSA cards (if your plan covers massage)

  • Venmo and Zelle

A 3% processing fee may be applied to all credit/debit card transactions. Alternative payment methods are available if you wish to avoid the fee.

Gift Cards & Prepaid Sessions

Gift cards and prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with approval. Please reach out if you have questions about how to use them.
