Booking & Appointments

All sessions are by appointment only. You can schedule online at any time. If you don’t see a time that works, feel free to reach out directly.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session rate.

I understand emergencies happen — just reach out when you can.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid overlapping with the next client. The full session fee still applies.

Illness Policy

If you’re feeling sick (fever, flu, stomach bug, etc.), please reschedule — even if it’s short notice. I’ll always do the same. It helps keep everyone safe and healthy.

Respect & Boundaries

This is a professional massage therapy space. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate end of the session and no future bookings.

Minors

Clients under 18 must have prior approval and signed parental consent. Please reach out before booking.

Payment & Fees

Payment is due at the time of service.

I accept:

  • Cash

  • Checks (made payable to Kinected Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork)

  • Credit/debit cards

  • HSA/FSA cards (if your plan covers massage)

  • Venmo and Zelle

A 3% processing fee may be applied to all credit/debit card transactions. If you’d like to avoid the fee, alternative payment methods are available.

Gift Cards & Prepaid Sessions

Gift cards and prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with approval. Please reach out if you have questions about how to use them.
